本产品是由读磁头和相对应栅距的磁栅尺两部分组成。它们依照一定的间距安装在直线电机的外壳并根据磁感应的原理进行工作，当读磁头在磁栅尺的磁场空间中做直线运动时，读磁头就会根据运动的相关位移量实时输出符合标准的位置脉冲。本磁栅编码器可搭配伺服驱动器，或搭配数显计数系统使用。可广泛运用于数控机床、测量装置、激光切割、印刷、半导体、纺织机械、食品加工等行业。
